Liminalion™ — Product Return Guidelines

We want customers to receive products that reasonably match the item selected and the information shown on the relevant product page.

Return requests are reviewed according to product condition, product category, the reason for return, and applicable consumer requirements.

Returns for the Liminalion™ store are administered by
Champions ELA Fight Academy.

An item may be eligible for return when it is unused, clean, complete, and maintained in its original condition with included components where applicable.

Customers should contact the store promptly after identifying a return-related issue.

🧼 Hygiene & Personal-Use Equipment

Some combat-sports products are worn directly against the body, face, mouth, hands, feet, or other personal-use areas.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used personal-contact products may have limited return eligibility unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protections.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, materially defective, or different from the ordered product, contact customer support and provide sufficient information for review.

Photographs of the item, packaging, or visible issue may be requested when reasonably necessary.

🔍 Return Review

Please do not intentionally damage, modify, heavily use, or alter an item before requesting a return.

Approved return instructions should be followed carefully so the item can be correctly identified and reviewed.

Where applicable, the outcome of a return request will be handled according to the store policy and relevant consumer requirements.
